Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Live Workshops & Masterclasses

Because our workshops (such as the "Healing from Burnout" session) have strictly limited seating, all workshop ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the live session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer your ticket to a future workshop or provide you with a recording (if available).

2. 1-on-1 Therapy & Coaching Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will not be refunded.

3. Refund Processing

If an eligible refund is approved by our team, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
